A red dot means that a work is sold, or not for sale. Anything without a dot is available.

Fee for commissions is based on size and other possible requirements, like travel or framing, and are subject to change. A 25 percent, non-refundable, retainer payment also serves as a sitting fee in the case of portraiture. With the exception of the retainer payment, all work is guaranteed. Final payments are only required when patrons accept the work. Under certain circumstances, fees are negotiable.

For commissions, regular progress reports are made available to patrons by email, and/or in documentation on this website (password protected when requested).

Return Policy

Returns

A commissioned work can be cancelled before work begins. Once work has begun, any progress payments up to the date of a return request are non-refundable. Note that the progress on all commissioned work is shared with the client before completion and delivery.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Damage to works during shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and their insurance, including loss of a shipment. Lost works will be listed with The Art Loss Registry (The Art Loss Registry). But there is no guarantee that a work will be found and returned.

Undamaged, existing, works from the artist's collection and inventory can be returned for a refund, less 25%, no later than one week after delivery, although written contract obligations may supercede this policy.

Return of defective products.

Any product from existing inventory returned within 7 days, would be considered defective, although subject to the 25% fee for return. Work cannot be returned for a refund if damaged while in possession of the buyer. Great care is taken to document the condition of works sold and in inventory.

Allow thirty days for processing refunds.
